Whether you already have an architect and design team or need help assembling one, Comito Homes collaborates with the professionals involved from the earliest stages. Early builder involvement allows construction considerations, design and cost to develop together.
As plans develop, we work to define the scope, evaluate construction requirements and develop a realistic understanding of project costs. Thoughtful preconstruction allows informed decisions to be made before work begins—when they have the greatest impact.
Once construction begins, Marc oversees the execution of the project, coordinating the professionals, trades and vendors required to bring the plans to life. Decades of experience and longstanding trade relationships provide the foundation for careful execution and consistent quality.
Dylen guides clients through the selection and design process, helping coordinate the many decisions that give a home its character while keeping the overall vision, budget and schedule in focus.
As construction nears completion, the focus turns to refinement—walkthroughs, finishing details and quality control. The same attention given to the earliest stages of the project carries through until your home is ready for you.
Throughout the process, you'll work directly with Marc and Dylen. Questions are addressed directly, decisions are communicated clearly and you always know who is responsible for moving your home forward.
