We intentionally take on a limited number of projects so we can remain personally involved in each one. From the earliest planning and design decisions through construction and final delivery, our clients work directly with us.

Meet the Principals
Principal & Builder
Marc Comito has been building custom homes in the New York metropolitan area since 1988. Over nearly four decades in the industry, he has earned a reputation for quality construction, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to every home he builds.
His expertise spans every aspect of residential development and construction—from evaluating land and navigating approvals to collaborating with architects, managing trades and overseeing construction through completion. This broad perspective allows Marc to anticipate challenges, understand how design decisions affect cost and constructability, and ensure that the details are executed properly from the earliest planning stages through the finished home.
Marc remains personally involved in every Comito Homes project, working closely with clients, architects, engineers and craftsmen. His longstanding relationships with trusted professionals and trades throughout the region are an important part of the quality and consistency behind every Comito home.
Marc also holds an MBA in Corporate Financial Management, complementing his construction expertise with a disciplined approach to budgeting, cost management and project oversight.
Co-Principal · Client Experience & Design
As co-founder of Comito Homes, Dylen Comito plays an integral role in guiding clients through the many decisions that transform a set of plans into a finished home. With a strong eye for design and a thorough understanding of the building process, she works closely with homeowners from early planning through construction and final delivery.
Dylen guides clients through the selection and design process, working closely with architects, designers, vendors and trades to ensure that each home comes together cohesively while remaining mindful of budget, timing and the client's overall vision.
Throughout the building process, Dylen serves as a consistent point of contact for clients—helping them navigate decisions, coordinate details and keep what can be a complex process organized and manageable.
Together, Marc and Dylen bring complementary strengths to Comito Homes—Marc's decades of construction knowledge and hands-on building expertise combined with Dylen's focus on design, detail and the client experience.
Their shared involvement is central to the way Comito Homes operates. Clients work directly with the principals of the company, providing a level of personal attention, accountability and continuity that has defined Comito Homes from the beginning.
